How long have you been in business?

I registered xweb.co.nz in May 2001 and have been designing websites for clients plus a wide range of other internet marketing ventures.

Do you offer any money back guarantee?

No sorry, all payments are for services and there are currently no money back guarantees. I am happy to make changes to your website design until you are happy :)

How much do you charge per hour for updates or design?

The current hourly rate is $80 with a half hour minimum charge for new or existing customers.

Will my Domain & Hosting be setup immediately?

Yes, if you order a domain name and hosting account your account should be created instantly after ordering. Look about for the email with all the details for your account.

What payment methods do you currently accept?

Services ordered online use Paypal which means you can pay with your Paypal account, or Paypal is not needed and you can pay using VISA, MasterCard or any other credit card via Paypal.

How do I get started with my website?

You can go to the Web Design page and place your order. I will then be in touch with you to get further business information and discuss the content for your website.
